o Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 17:00 PM)

o Salary & Incentives:

 Attractive 12-month base salary package

 Fix bonus: 2 months, variable bonus: average 2 months (depending on KPI and company business situation) + additional project-based incentives

 Gross salary paid 100% during the probation period (with full social insurance)

o Allowances & Facilities: Transportation and lunch allowances as per company regulations.

 Fully equipped with a company laptop and cell phone

 Company car or taxi provided for visiting customers

JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical support of motors, sensors, and others electrical-related products in the automation field, including but not limited to:

• Assist customers (online and onsite) in product selection, troubleshooting, handling complaints, verifying specifications, and conducting technical seminars.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sales tools and technical support systems/models to promote linear motor / servo motor and drive sales targets

• Other tasks assigned by managers

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

• Good at reading and comprehending technical documents in English

• Working experience with electrical products from popular brands such as Omron, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Oriental, IDEC, etc

Nice to have:

• Experience in PLC programming

• Experience in making part lists / BOM for electric cabinets or control systems

• Fluent in English for business communication.
