Tech Leader - HCM

- Collaborate with the Japanese team to clarify and finalize system requirements.
- Be responsible for the code quality and implementation progress of the development team in Vietnam.
- Propose alternative solutions when interface requirements from Japan are not optimized in terms of UX/UI, performance, or system operation.
- Manage team members and their performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the project is implemented according to requirements and on schedule.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in technical and engineering management, able to review code and ensure code quality.
- Experienced in/capable of managing a team effectively, ensuring product output quality.
- Practical experience with Java/Spring.
- Follow through on timelines to meet committed deadlines, manage quality, output, and address issues arising during development.
- Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
-  Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze business requirements documents.
- Knowledge and experience in system design, ability to evaluate and propose UX/UI solutions.
