Tax & Consulting Services·CÔNG TY TNHH KIỂM TOÁN & TƯ VẤN RSM VIỆT NAM - HQ·Full-timeJob descriptionPerform and assist in leading team to deliver accounting & tax services to RSM’s clients:Perform accounting records which include balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and general ledgers on a monthly or quarterly basisPerform compliance reviews of and provide recommendations on specific accounting compliance mattersParticipate in conducting and completion of tax compliance and advisory services in accordance with prevailing tax laws and regulationsAssist in managing the performance of each engagement and coaching junior team membersDevelop and maintain distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business or other related majorsAt least 3 years of working experience in accounting and tax fields for outsourcing or professional service firmsGood knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and proceduresDemonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent computer-literacy skillsGood at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
