Job description
Perform and assist in leading team to deliver accounting & tax services to RSM’s clients:
- Perform accounting records which include balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and general ledgers on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Perform compliance reviews of and provide recommendations on specific accounting compliance matters
- Prepare and review tax computations and tax declarations, including Corporate Income Tax(CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Perform bookkeeping, accounting records maintenance, month-end closing and preparationof financial reports for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.
- Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business or other related majors
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting and tax fields for outsourcing or professional service firms
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
- Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
- Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer-literacy skills
- Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
