(Talent Pool) Group CEO Integrated Mining, Port & Steel Industrial Complex

Position Overview
The Group CEO leads a fully integrated mining, port and steel industrial complex with annual steel capacity exceeding 5 million tons. The role oversees the entire value chain from mining resources, deep-water ports, upstream processing, ironmaking, steelmaking, downstream manufacturing, commercial operations and corporate functions, with full P&L accountability.
Scope of Responsibilities
Upstream
• Mining: Iron ore, limestone, dolomite, coking coal and strategic minerals
• Port & Marine Logistics: Deep-water port, bulk terminals, stockyards, shipping, rail and inland logistics
• Raw Material Processing: Beneficiation, pellet, sinter, coke, lime, oxygen plants, power plant and water treatment
Midstream
• Blast Furnace
• DRI (if applicable)
• BOF
• EAF
• Continuous Casting
• Billet
• Slab
• Bloom production
Downstream
• Flat Products: HRC, CRC, Pickling, Galvanizing, Color Coating, Tinplate
• Long Products: Rebar, Wire Rod, Sections, H-Beam, Rail
• High Value Steel: Automotive, Electrical, API, Shipbuilding, Stainless, Tool Steel
• Steel Processing: Service Centers, Coil Processing, Tube & Pipe, Fabrication
Corporate Functions
Strategy, Finance, Treasury, Investment, M&A, Procurement, HR, Legal, IT, ESG, Sustainability, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Affairs.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Build an integrated Mine–Port–Steel ecosystem
• Optimize mine-to-port logistics
• Secure raw material supply
• Lead multi-billion-dollar CAPEX projects
• Drive operational excellence, Industry 4.0 and Green Steel
• Develop domestic and export markets
• Deliver shareholder value and sustainable growth

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
• 20+ years in mining/steel/heavy industry
• 10+ years in executive leadership
• Experience leading integrated steel complexes (>5 million tons/year)
• Strong exposure to mining, ports, steelmaking and downstream manufacturing
• Proven P&L leadership and mega-project delivery
