Talent Advisor Collaborator, Zalo

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our recruitment team at Zalo. You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process for various roles.
• Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to support the full recruitment lifecycle for both Tech and Business roles - from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer process.
• Identify and engage high-potential talent through multiple sourcing channels, helping build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and meaningful.
• Build and maintain an organized talent database while ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date.
• Promote Zalo's employer brand by proactively connecting with potential candidates and sharing exciting career opportunities.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition projects.
• Take on additional projects that help elevate our hiring experience.

• Final-year students or fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, campus activities, or talent sourcing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people and building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a bonus.
• Confident writing clear, engaging content for recruitment and employer branding.
• Available to work full-time.
