Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, devise and update job descriptions
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job sites, personal networks, etc.
• Screen candidate’s resume, overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
• Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
• Reference check if required
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
• Working location: Japan (Tokyo), or Vietnam (Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for 1-5 years in IT
• Deep understanding of recruiting within technology and software engineering organizations;
• Deep understanding of software engineering industry;
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks ;
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
