Process Quality Assurance

• Guide project teams in building project plans and applying internal quality processes.
• Monitor compliance with software development processes and support improvements as needed.
• Record and report quality metrics such as KPI, Non-Conformity (NC), and project risks.
• Support teams in process execution and using appropriate tools.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing activities depending on capability

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s or College degree in IT or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in PQA, QA process, or related positions.
• Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMi, etc.
• Proficient in using Jira, Redmine, Confluence; good at basic Excel functions.
• Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail, and high discipline.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, quality analysis techniques (5Why, Fishbone…), and ability to read technical documents in English.
