Talent Acquisition Senior Executive (6 month contract)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for positions within the Head Office, Depot, NSO and Distribution Centers of MM Mega Market Vietnam.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, poster design, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding follow-up.
Proactively source and build candidate pools through appropriate recruitment channels.
Participate in activities to promote MM Mega Market Vietnam’s workplace, culture, and career opportunities.
Coordinate and participate in Career Fairs, and recruitment networking events at colleges/universities and job centers.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges/universities, employment centers, and recruitment partners to expand candidate sources
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in Retail or FMCG recruitment is preferred.
Good command of English.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and Canva
