NSO Manager

- Coordinate and follow all stages and process of
New Store Opening as concept of company strategy
- Be responsible for following up all remodeling/expansion/refit stores
* ROLES
- To coordinate with related departments, ensure the progress of opening stores as planned (related departments include: Legal Dept., Property, Construction, HR, Accounting, Marketing, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain, IT,….).
- To support Store manager of NSO topics in design/layout verification, construction, equipment installation, recruitment progress.
- To coordinate with replated functional departments, contributing the ideas of remodeling/expansion/refit to serve company strategic action plans
- To follow up the progress of remodeling/expansion/refit stores
- To report the progress of opening Depot/Store/remodeling to Operation Director/Ops AD
* KEY RESULT AREAS
- Supports expansion strategy for the country with regard to Customers/Capital expenditure
- Represent Operation role to ensure effective and professional support to stores NSO and remodeling stores
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experiences in the field of distribution , Retail Operations
- Experiences of NSO opening/remodeling
- Good knowledge in store operation
- Market and Customer mindset
- Independent – Open mind – Good communication
- Good at MS
- Capable of working under high pressure and making pressure to collaborators
- Capable of operating and encouraging team working
- Good communication (and listening) skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
