Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Team Lead / Recruitment Manager.
• Proven experience in mass hiring / high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience managing recruitment performance, sourcing channels, and recruitment operations.
