System Development Engineer/ Senior Engineer

A. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SAP PP Module Support & Maintenance:

- Provide daily technical and operational support for the SAP PP (Production Planning) module, ensuring smooth production execution, MRP runs, BOM management,

and work center routings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, user requests, and functional errors within SAP PP.C53

- Collaborate with key users and business teams to refine production planning workflows and improve system efficiency.

2. Surrounding Systems Support (MES & WMS):

- Support, maintain, and monitor surrounding operational systems, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).

- Ensure seamless data synchronization, interface stability, and seamless data flow between SAP PP, MES, WMS, and local production system (IoT,…).

- Investigate, trace, and resolve interface errors and data discrepancies between ERP, MES, WMS and other local system.

3. In-House Software Development:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain internal company software, web applications, and desktop applications using C# / .NET and related technologies.

- Build custom tools, reporting dashboards, and utility applications to support shop-floor operations, inventory tracking, and management decision-making.

- Develop and manage database objects (SQL Server/Oracle), writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and triggers for internal software.

4. System Integration & Enhancement:

- Gather end-user requirements, analyze shop-floor business processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with vendors to develop and maintain APIs, middleware, or web services to integrate newly developed internal software with SAP, MES, and WMS systems.

5. Testing, Documentation & User Training:

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, patches, and custom software releases.

- Prepare clear technical documentation, system manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

B. MAIN JOB:

- We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems & Software Engineer to drive our smart manufacturing and ERP operations.

- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and optimizing our core SAP PP module while supporting key operational systems including MES and WMS.

- Beyond system administration, you will leverage your expertise in C# development and Database management to design, build,

and maintain custom in-house applications that connect our shop-floor operations with enterprise data.

- This role requires a strong blend of ERP domain knowledge, software engineering, and cross-functional system integration skills.

C. OTHER JOB:

- Perform other task assignments and ad-hoc duties as directed by the IT Manager or IT Gerenal Manager.

- Participate in cross-functional IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvement initiatives as assigned.

- Support audit compliance efforts by ensuring software licenses, system access logs, and documentation adhere to company policies.

A. Must-have request:

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

2. SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the SAP PP (Production Planning) module, including BOM, Master Data, MRP, 'and routing management.

3. Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning.

4. Programming Skills: Proficiency in C# programming (.NET framework) for custom application development, scripting, or integration work.

5. Database Management: Strong knowledge of Database Design, Management, and Query Optimization (SQL Server, Oracle); proficient in writing complex SQL scripts

, stored procedures, and triggers.

6. System Integration: Experience in integrating SAP systems with external applications, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), or databases via APIs and middleware.

7. Problem-Solving & Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, good technical English documentation capability, cross-functional teams. And the ability to work effectively across

B. Preferable request:

- SAP Cross-Module Integration: Working knowledge of integration points between SAP PP and other core modules such as MM (Materials Management),

FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

- Industrial Automation / MES: Basic understanding of IoT, or MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System)

integration with enterprise ERP.

- Reporting & Data Analytics: Experience in building reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, SAP Crystal Reports, or custom C# reporting tools.
