Development Engineer (Electric - Electronic Parts) - Overseas Training

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Training in Thailand for 3 months

- Sign a training agreement

- Report line: directly report to the General Manager

- Age: 22 - 30

- Team size: 10

- Education - Major: University - Electrical, Electronics, Automation and concerned field for Air conditioner.

- Sex: Male and Female

- Location: Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen

- English: Fluently English (Specially Reading and Speaking)

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Responsibilities:

• Pursue whole development process of new product from parts/material evaluation to mass production without delay.

• Develop new parts/material from the market to improve products specification and realize cost reduction.

• Coordinate with other departments in the factory to analysis the market problem to find out the root cause and make countermeasures.

B. Main Job Description: Device.

• Develop new parts/material from the market to improve products specification and realize cost reduction for the electronic/PCB part

• Electronic parts selection and evaluation

• PCB testing and problem countermeasure (EMC, performance and reliability)

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have knowledge and experience in design and specification of electric parts used in air-conditioners (such as PCB, motor, capacitor, relay, solenoid valve, electric wire, etc.)

• Have knowledge about Electrical/Electronic parts testing, reliability testing, and related statistical calculation

• Have knowledge and experience in electrical parts production process, supplier factory audits and have knowledge about statistical process control.

• Have knowledge and experience in preparation of FMEA and FTA documents for analyzing change points of Electric/Electronic parts

• Have knowledge about Electric/Electronic suppliers and have experience to contact with those suppliers

• Good in English communication
