Supply Chain Planning Executive

1. Develop & Own the Master Supply Plan (MPS)
Convert approved demand forecasts and customer orders into a time-phased MPS
Balance service level, inventory targets, and production efficiency
Freeze / slush / flexible horizons to control plan stability
Evaluate line, labor, and machine capacity against demand
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and overloads; propose mitigation (overtime, shift changes, subcontracting)
Ensure supply plans are realistic and executable
2. Synchronize Production, Procurement & Inventory:
Align production plans with raw material availability and supplier lead times
Optimize FG / WIP / RM inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess
Drive resolution of material constraints with Procurement
3. Drive S&OP Supply Review & Cross-Functional Alignment
Prepare and present Supply Review in the S&OP cycle
Highlight key constraints, risks, and decisions required
Ensure alignment between Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement
Yêu cầu:
A Bachelor degree or equivalent. Major in Supply chain/ Operation/ Business or have a passion for IT, typically includes at least 1 year of progressive experience in supply chain planning roles.
Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, inventory control, or related fields.
Softskills: Analytical, Communication & Collaboration, Adaptability & Problem solving.
Good computer skills, good Word and Excel software skills.
