JOB SUMMARY

Leads coordinates and perform activities associated with all supplier improvement programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Lead the supplier OPEX activities to support group strategy.

• Support the supplier selection and approval process by performing factory assessments.

• Support the ongoing monitoring and improvement of supplier quality systems by performing

quality system assessments according to plan.

• Involvement in the training and development of new suppliers.

• Facilitation of supplier improvement activity required as a result of product audits, customer

audits, or field issues. Must lead the supplier through the process of problem definition, root

cause analysis, solution finding, implementation, and verification.

• Onsite review the whole process to identify opportunity of cost down, lead time reduction,

quality improvement.

• Benchmarking world-class suppliers to assist present supplier base and identify future

suppliers.

• Develop OPEX training metrics and provide OPEX training internal and external.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• University degree graduate major in engineering or machining or science

Experience

• Have at least 8-years experiences in related position is a must

Knowledge

• Familiar with systematic improvement tools, such as LEAN, TPM, SMED,

OPF, etc

• ISO/QS/TS expérience a plus

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred

Functional Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being a team player,

open

• Extensive and hands on experience on manufacture process, including

assembling, heat treating, CNC, milling, stamping, forging, testing, injection

and plating etc

Other Abilities

• Able to handle multiple projects concurrently

• Able to travel

• Spoken and Written Language Skills – English, Mandarin

• Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Minitab or JMP a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills
