- Follow up new products qualification testing according to test plan

- Identify any potential product quality issue with engineering team and supplier.

- Follow up with supplier on outstanding process control issue.

- Maintain product file and quality record for the new product.

- Develop IPQC and pre-shipment inspection standards.

- Follow up new products pilot run and work with other team members to resolve any quality issues.

- Develop Process Quality Control Plan with supplier.

- Prepare Quality Issue Tracker List for NPI Builds.

- Assist to review Engineering Change issue from quality point of view.

- University Degree (or above) in quality / mechanical/ electrical

- 3 years relevant experience with good knowledge on manufacturing or quality engineering (PCBA/ or Metal/ or Plastic)

- Good written and spoken English skill

- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

- Good self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Capable of drive key initiatives towards successful implementation.

- Develop mechanical test methods and develop data to help formulate specification
