Tuyển dụng Material Control Planner / Supervisor tại Hồ Chí Minh

Position 1: Executive

Working Location: SHTP - Thu Duc City - HCMC or Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai

-Analyzing material demand to have proper actions to secure materials supply

- Planning materials in advance to adapt production planning

- Releasing purchase orders to vendors, arranging, and following up shipments until materials are available in warehouse - Identifying delivery risks in advance such supplier’s capacity, manpower, raw materials, Tier2 suppliers and working out solutions to ensure suppliers delivery on-time

- Reporting suppliers’ performance, capacity utilization, critical components

- Controlling inventory level, excess, material expire

- Supporting New Project Development program, follow up new products development orders and deliveries to meet new products launch.

- Reporting department KPIs (Day of Stock, Air-truck cost and other KPIs)

- Contributing improvement ideas, cost saving

Position 2: Supervisor level

Working Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai

- Release and manage Raw materials purchase orders, Customs declaration, Production MI,... other operation tasks to meet Customer's Demand.

- Monitor daily delivery schedule for suppliers to arrange shipments on time. Make sure no shortage for production planning.

- Supplier capacity control. Identify delivery risk up front (such as suppliers’ capacity, manpower, raw materials, tooling capacity and 2nd level supplier’s risk) and resolution to ensure suppliers on time delivery. Escalate to manager for solutions and updates for any material supply risk.

- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes that affect material plans.

- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.

- Improvement for material control such as Lead Time reduction, supplier OTD (on time delivery) improvement etc.

- Lead a team complete a special task, KPI or requirement from managers

- Other tasks from managers

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

Degree in business, planning, inventory management, or a related field preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of experience for Executive level, 3-7 years of experience for Supervisor level in material controller, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.

Knowledge

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Functional Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure, re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent and good time management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Excel, especially for all related excel operate formula. Best familiar with Oracle system.

- Good oral and written communication in English.

- Communicate in Chinese is a plus.
