Keep our logistics running smoothly 

• Oversee daily deliveries (B2C, B2B, returns) across Vietnam and international carriers, and keep our 3PL partners on track against their SLAs.
• Solve day-to-day delivery issues, work with 3PLs on process, and report cost and performance to the Lead each week.
• Support special-order deliveries (KOL / KOC, livestream, sampling campaigns).

Grow our international & Amazon operations 

• Run our overseas warehouse operations (US / SEA) through 3PL partners— inbound, outbound, replenishment and returns.
• Own Amazon fulfillment end to end: FBA / FBM, Seller Central, shipment creation, inbound tracking, and day-to-day order handling.
• Keep Amazon inventory healthy — IPI score, aging and stranded stock, removals and storage fees — and act early to avoid fees and write-offs.
• Manage cross-border shipments (customs, freight, lead time) and reconcile international fulfillment costs and Amazon fees.
• Take on other operational tasks and projects as assigned by your line manager, as our supply chain scales across markets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2–4+ years in supply chain, logistics, transportation or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA / FBM — inventory management, shipments, inventory health, removals and fees. This one is essential.
• Experience with international / cross-border fulfillment (US and/or SEA) and working with overseas 3PL warehouses.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and comfort with cost reconciliation and data.
• Good English — you'll work daily with international partners and Amazon systems.
• Detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and comfortable juggling several markets and deadlines.
• Beauty / cosmetics or consumer-electronics category experience.
