Job Objective
In charge of and coordinate with contractors to manage overall import-export logistics activities, ensuring goods are cleared through customs, transported, and delivered on schedule while complying with legal regulations and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with contractors to carry out customs procedures for imported and exported goods.
Manage and monitor international and domestic transportation schedules.
Work with forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transportation service providers.
Manage import-export documentation.
Monitor logistics costs and propose optimization solutions.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.
Support the handling of issues related to customs, transportation, and customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to check material inventory in/out/stock and reconcile with the customs system.
Report to the direct manager and perform assigned KPIs.

Mục tiêu công việc
Phụ trách và phối hợp với nhà thầu để quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động logistics xuất nhập khẩu, đảm bảo hàng hóa được thông quan, vận chuyển và giao nhận đúng tiến độ, tuân thủ quy định pháp luật và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Công việc chính
Phối hợp với nhà thầu để tiến hành thủ tục hải quan đối với hàng nhập khẩu, xuất khẩu.
Quản lý và theo dõi tiến độ vận chuyển quốc tế và nội địa.
Làm việc với Forwarder, hãng tàu, hãng hàng không, đơn vị vận chuyển.
Quản lý chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu.
Theo dõi chi phí logistics và đề xuất tối ưu.
Phối hợp với Purchasing, Warehouse, Production và Sales để đảm bảo tiến độ giao hàng.
Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến hải quan, vận chuyển và khách hàng.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan kiểm tra nhập – xuất – tồn vật tư, đối chiếu với hệ thống hải quan.
Báo cáo cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp và thực hiện KPI đã được đề ra.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
At least 05 years of experience in Logistics/Import-Export in a manufacturing company.
Good understanding of Vietnam customs regulations, Incoterms, and international transportation.
Good English communication and working skills.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Gender: Male.
Age: 25–35.

Yêu cầu
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu, Ngoại thương hoặc tương đương.
Có tối thiểu
05 năm kinh nghiệm về Logistics/Xuất nhập khẩu trong doanh nghiệp sản xuất.
Hiểu rõ quy định Hải quan Việt Nam, Incoterms, vận tải quốc tế.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và làm việc tốt.
Thành thạo ERP và Microsoft Office.
Giới tính: Nam.
Độ tuổi: 25–35.
