Finance Part Leader

to support daily finance and accounting activities to prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts to ensure accounting data accuracy and timely reporting to assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support manufacturing accounting and cost accounting activities to monitor production costs, material consumption and overhead allocation to analyze cost variances and support cost improvement activities to coordinate inventory reconciliation and stock valuation to support preparation and submission of CS WIND entities' closing package to coordinate with related departments to collect accurate financial data to ensure closing schedules and reporting deadlines are achieved to prepare financial analysis reports for management review to support KPI monitoring and financial performance tracking to support internal and external audit activities to maintain proper accounting documentation and records
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
Experience:
- minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting
- experience in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting
- experience in working with multinational companies
- experience in manufacturing companies is preferred
Other knowledge/skills:
- proficiency in ERP/SAP finance modules and Microsoft Office
- good English communication and reporting skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- good coordination and teamwork capability
