Student Care Associate - Chăm Sóc Lớp Học

- Guide and support students and parents on how to join classes and self-study through online learning platforms in a timely manner;

- Notify students about cancellations, schedule changes, and teacher changes during the course (if any);

- Periodically collect feedback from teachers, parents, and students; ensure issues are effectively addressed;

- Build good relationships with students; regularly communicate about learning progress and related issues with parents and students;

- Attend classes, discuss with the training department and parents to propose solutions and suitable learning plans and directions for students;

- Report on the implementation of tasks assigned by superiors;

- Participate in organizing customer care activities with sales, training, and marketing departments;

- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager;

- Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday & 2 Saturdays per month (flexible: onsite or remote)

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

- Good at English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750;

- Good verbal and written communication skills;

- Problem-solving skills.
