Structural Engineer/ BIM Drafter/ MEP Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to support Singapore‑based construction projects while working remotely from Vietnam, providing technical, commercial, planning, BIM, and coordination support to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with Singapore regulatory and project requirements.

Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical and coordination support for Singapore construction projects from Vietnam

• Coordinate structural works, project progress, and technical matters with stakeholders via virtual platforms

• Participate in online meetings for coordination, design reviews, and site progress updates

• Review structural/shop drawings and manage project documentation electronically

• Monitor project schedules and subcontractor activities against master programme

• Support resolution of technical issues with Project Manager

• Assist in reports, submissions, and documentation for approvals

• Coordinate with BIM and project teams for digital workflow integration

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, NEA, PUB, FSSD) through documentation

• Assist in tender preparation, procurement tracking, and project reporting remotely

• Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

BIM Drafter

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote BIM and drafting support for Singapore-based construction projects while based in Vietnam.

• Prepare preliminary drawings (BIM models, site utilization plans) for tender submissions

• Develop Revit construction drawings within one month of contract award

• Update Revit, AutoCAD, and shop drawings based on confirmed instructions

• Assist with quantity measurements for the project team and QS

• Produce construction and as-built drawings (architectural/structural/MEP)

• Coordinate with site teams and implement consultants’ instructions

• Handle CSD, penetration, and BIM subcontractor coordination

• Perform renderings and walkthroughs to identify and resolve design discrepancies

• Ensure clashes are resolved in coordination with the project team

• Maintain proper digital filing and document control

• Support Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance

• Support Singapore-based construction projects remotely from Vietnam and undertake other assigned duties by BIM Manager, Project Manager and Management.

MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor MEP works with stakeholders, resolving design and site discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with BCA, NEA, PUB, FSSD, and relevant regulations.

• Attend and contribute to project and coordination meetings.

• Manage project expectations within budget and schedule.

• Supervise subcontractors and track progress against work programmes.

• Maintain updated drawings and proper MEP document control.

• Support valuation, issue resolution, and project handover documentation.

• Prepare reports, shop drawings, and submissions.

• Oversee procurement, delivery, and storage of MEP materials and equipment.

• Coordinate with BIM team and support testing & commissioning activities.

• Assist in tender preparation and maintain IMS standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BIM 4D planning or integration with scheduling tools.

• Knowledge of delay analysis techniques (EOT claims, critical path method).

• Exposure to ERP or project management systems.

• Degree in a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.

• Demonstrated positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional behaviour, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, multicultural project environment.

• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred to support communication with regional and cross-border stakeholders.
