Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Investment Associate to support our investment operations, corporate governance, and entity management functions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of investment analysis, corporate structuring, and financial data management. You will work directly with senior leadership and interact regularly with lawyers, fund administrators, corporate secretaries, and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's cap table, data room, and corporate document library across multiple entities and jurisdictions

• Prepare and update investor-facing materials, including NAV reports, capital call/distribution notices, and portfolio summaries

• Coordinate with external legal counsel, registered agents, and corporate secretaries on entity compliance, filings, and governance matters

• Support due diligence processes for investment transactions, including document collection, verification, and tracking

• Track investment commitments, wire confirmations, and shareholder records; identify and flag gaps or inconsistencies

• Assist in the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and financial reporting packages

• Manage internal records related to SAFEs, SPAs, convertible instruments, and shareholder agreements

• Liaise with IR contacts and external partners to support ongoing investor relations activities

• Build and maintain structured, auditable records that can withstand external review

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field; overseas degree

(US/UK/Europe/Australia/Singapore) strongly preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, fund operations, corporate finance, or a related role; Big 4,

MNC, investment firm, or global professional services background is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of cap table mechanics, corporate governance structures, and multi-entity ownership

• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience building financial models, trackers, or data rooms

• CFA Level I or above is a plus

• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin/Chinese language ability is a significant differentiator

• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build systems and processes from scratch
