Store Operations Coordinator - Nhân viên Vận hành Cửa hàng (On-site)

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for onsite operation at Customer’s stores to ensure in the delivery best-of-class services to external customer. This candidate must have knowledge and experience of store operations including Inbound, Outbound, sorting, VAS. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This candidate must be a team player to ensure good working cooperation between the different Business units locally.

1. On site Operations

• Receiving daily orders from Customer Service and plan schedule for at-site operation.

• Receiving/delivery cargo at Customer’s Premise as per Orders timely, accuracy, safety and smoothly. Doing VAS at Customer’s Premise Instructions timely and accurate (pick and pack, filling stock…).

• Supervise and ensure outsourced Team to do on site Operations including Inbound, outbound,

2. VAS accuracy and correctly.

• Trigger and update all required data into the system timely and correctly.

• Support CS to do plan and order for Hub operations to Manpower vendor.

• Ensure and support outsourced Team to do sorting at filling at Store correctly.

3. HSSE

• Ensure HSSE guidance is followed by subcontractor and outsourced team.

• Ensure 5S is applied at Hub.

• Understand the HSSE policy of the company.

• Follow the HSSE policy of the company.

• Report near misses to Manager / Supervisor.

Working place: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

• Preferred Male, from 22 to 28 years old

• Store knowledge/expertise and operational skills.

• Excel, word computer skills.

• Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.

• Time management. Can work under pressure.

• Professional in manner. Detailed-oriented. Careful and honest.

• At least one year in Store operation/ on site Operation.

• Have experience in Luxury Store is a big advantage.

• Good communication in Vietnamese.

• Good on-site Operation Management Skills.
