Store Manager Home Center Retail ( Hải Dương / Hạ Long)

• Manage daily store operations, sales performance and profitability.
• Monitor sales targets, costs, inventory, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Plan manpower, shifts, KPIs, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure excellent customer service, store safety and operating standards.
• Coordinate promotions and propose actions to improve store performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related fields.
• At least 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Experience managing a large-format store, supermarket or retail department.
• Background in Non-Food, FMCG, Household, Home Living or Home Décor is preferred.
• Strong leadership, inventory management and problem-solving skills.
• Good English or Japanese communication.
