Sourcing Specialist (Speak Chinese)

• Source and select suitable suppliers according to customer inquiries and orders.

• Evaluate supplier production capacity, quality systems and overall cooperation conditions.

• Negotiate purchase terms with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.

• Negotiate purchase prices to achieve cost control and target price goals.

• Collaborate with suppliers on sample development, review and approval.

• Follow up production progress to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

• Manage supplier performance and product quality stability.

• Conduct market research to keep product recommendations and development in line with market trends.

• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 1-2 years working experience in procurement or supply chain management,

• FLUENTLY IN CHINESE

• Excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with good time management and prioritization skills.
