Solution Manager Green Factory Solution

We are seeking an experienced Green Factory Solution Manager to lead the development, commercialization, and execution of Smart Manufacturing solutions across Southeast Asia.
The Solution Manager will own the complete solution lifecycle—from market analysis, solution strategy, customer engagement, solution architecture, commercial proposal, project governance, and continuous solution improvement. The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of industrial utilities management, energy management, digitalization, and sustainability with strong business acumen to develop scalable Green Factory solutions. This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Delivery, and Customers to drive sustainable business growth, revenue performance and establish Delta as the preferred Smart Manufacturing Solution Provider.
Responsibilities:
• Solution & Technical Leadership
• Develop regional Green Factory solution roadmap aligned with sustainability and ESG trends inclusive FMCS, EMS, High efficient chiller system, energy saving, carbon emission……
• Conduct customer requirement analysis and translate needs into feasible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions
• Continuously improving solution competitiveness based on market feedback
• Develop standardized solution frameworks while maintaining flexibility for customer-specific customization
• Business Development & Pre-sales Support
• Partner with sales teams to support key accounts and strategic projects
• Identify customer pain points and develop value-driven sustainability solutions
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations, and executive-level discussions
• Assess customer needs and determine the suitability of company solutions, focusing on scalable and repeatable business opportunities
• Project Execution & Delivery Ownership
• Own solution projects from design through implementation and handover
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (SIs, suppliers)
• Support PJM to manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and project risks
• Solution Strategy, Budget & Revenue
• Define solution portfolio, positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation
• Drive solution standardization, modularization, and scalability
• Be accountable for solution-related budget, revenue, and profitability targets
• Identify new technologies and business opportunities related to energy transition and industrial sustainability
• Track pipeline, orders, and revenue performance and report to management• Bachelor’s or above in Energy, Elect

• Bachelor’s or above in Energy, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• 6 years of experience or more in one or more of the segment: facility and energy management, ESG, Carbon emission
• At least 3–5 years of experience in solution design, system integration, or project management roles
• Hands-on experience with Factory Infrastructure, renewable energy
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB, or electronics industries is highly preferred
• Technical & Professional Skills
• Strong knowledge of facility system architecture
• Solid system integration capability and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to independently develop solution concepts, technical documentation, and customer presentations
• Proven solution development and management capability
• Business & Leadership Skills
• Strong business acumen with budget and revenue responsibility
• Ability to translate customer pain points into clear, value-driven automation solutions
• Strategic thinking with solution productization and scalability mindset
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Language Requirements
• Be good at English reading/writing/listening/speaking. Mandarin or other Southeast
• Asian language is a plus
