Social Marketing Executive

• Develop and execute social & digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, community engagement, ticket sales, and subscriber acquisition for Forbes Vietnam.
• Manage and optimize social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and paid channels to drive audience growth, conversions, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Plan and implement campaigns to boost event ticket sales and magazine subscriptions through targeted promotions and performance marketing.
• Support B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and strengthen client acquisition efforts.
• Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates for subscriptions and event registrations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Explore emerging social and digital trends/channels to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Support event marketing and activation initiatives when required (nice to have).
• Manage budgets and prepare performance reports for key stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Economics or a related field. 
• More than 3 year of experience in social marketing and digital marketing, focus on conversion objective in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or other ad network for advertising/media. 
• Experience in both B2C & B2B marketing and lead generation is highly desirable. 
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written) 
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, 
SEM, and display advertising is a big plus. 
• Project management skills, creative mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Results-driven attitude and a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
