Tuyển dụng Site/fit-Out Supervisor (6-Month Contractor) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Act as Arup Vietnam's on-site representative to support the delivery of the office expansion and renovation project, including design review, construction supervision, stakeholder coordination, quality control, and handover management. The role will work closely with the Arup Vietnam Project Manager and D&B Contractor to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with AVL requirements, approved designs, quality standards, and programme.

The Opportunity

• Review design submissions, shop drawings, material samples, and technical proposals.

• Monitor construction, fit-out, and renovation works on site.

• Coordinate with contractor, consultants, building management, and AVL stakeholders.

• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

• Identify and track project risks, issues, defects, and corrective actions.

• Attend site meetings and prepare progress and site reports.

• Support testing, commissioning, practical completion, handover, and defect rectification.

Is this role right for you?

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in office fit-out, renovation, workplace, or commercial interior projects.

• Experience reviewing design and construction submissions.

• Good understanding of interior fit-out, MEP coordination, construction methodology, and quality control.

• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills, and good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
