Site Engineer (C&S)

The Site Engineer position is to assist project management team for related to Documents control and construction management at site.

The key job scopes are:

- Liaise with contractors on all construction site matters.

- Supervise consultants and monitor site activities on daily site activities about Quality; Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) matters.

- Ensure the overall quality and accuracy of the work in accordance to the Drawings and Specifications.

Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the Company.

- Attending Site Inspections according to Project ITP and Construction Method.

- Following and reporting of nonconformities, issues punch-list for defects rectification in the site (preparation of Site Observation reports and NCR).

- Carrying out the quality reports, inspections, etc. requested by manager.

- Monitor and tracking project documentation (QAQC documents, Drawings, RFA,MA, SHOP dwg, MOS, Inspection sheet, payment, close-out documents…)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized university.

- Have at least 2- 3 year site experience in the similar position in high rise building.

- Have Certificates in site supervision, project management is priority

- Strong experiences in finishing works

- Can communicate in English

- Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest, dynamic and good working behavior.

- Highly organized and detail-orientated.

- Abilities to work in demanding and multi-tasking environments.
