Provide day to day technical support to Site Manager:

- Site Supervision of the interior decoration (ID) and finishing work at site

- Review of construction and shop drawing

- Checking the apartment finishing work before handover

- Issue the defect list to contractor and manage to close

- Control as-built drawings

- Other site work assigned by Site Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or property development are preferred.

• Basic knowledge of civil, architectural finishing, or MEP systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
