Shipment Staff

Booking sales in SAP ( create sale contract, sales, outbound, billing)
Checking Debit note for logistics cost (forwarding cost for import and export) monthly
Collecting logistics documents to submit to accounting and keeping customs documents internally
Preparing samples and arranging to send out samples, documents
Following and import some samples from oversea vendor
Checking Daily report and create loading instruction to team
Some unnamed tasks (checking export stock in SAP,…)
Graduated at least from College & above.
Experience with minimum 1-2 years
Knowledge about food product manufacturing field
Good communication both spoken and written
Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
English: intermediate communication
