Processing Manager (Gia Lai)

The Processing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing all processing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved efficiently. The role will lead the processing and maintenance teams to maximize capacity utilization and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement monthly processing plans in alignment with the Operation Manager.
Ensure smooth execution of daily production activities.
Team Management:
Manage processing and maintenance teams.
Train and develop team capability.
Capacity & Efficiency:
Ensure full capacity utilization.
Improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Quality Control:
Ensure processing quality meets company standards.
Safety & Compliance:
Promote safety awareness and ensure safe working conditions.
Inventory & Reporting:
Oversee stock counting and BIN closing.
Performance:
Achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor degree in Engineering / Food Technology or related field.
05 years experience in processing/production.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication.
