• In charge of home electric appliances such as: Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer...
• Providing technical support/training of the above electric appliances for market
• Manage and control product quality of the above electric appliances
• Work with related factories/departments for product improvement
• Willing to be assigned new job if requested

• College graduation or above in the field of electronics or industry electricity or electric equipment
• Having experience in customer service field is high priority
• Knowledgeable in electronic/electric or home appliances
• Good computer skills, good attitude and manner
• Good command of English and communication skills
