• Provide on-site technical support for chip production at client factories, ensuring
machinery up time and process stability
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production line equipment
• Monitor machine performance and respond to breakdowns in a timely manner (24/7
shift support)
• Collect & analyze operational data; propose improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams in cleanroom environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of production machinery (experience in semiconductor/chip production lines is a strong plus)
• Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize data, evaluate root causes, formulate actionable solutions.
• Basic Chinese communication skill for daily on-site...
