Tuyển dụng Senior Sales Engineer tại Hà Nội

As a senior sales engineer, you will actively combine technical knowledge with sales skills to promote Panasonic Process Automation products and solutions in Vietnam. Your customers should be all non-Korean and non-Chinese electronic companies in the North of Vietnam.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies, action plans that will generate sales to achieve targets.

• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.

• Identify opportunities, give technical consultation, prepare proposal and deal with customers to close sales.

• Coordinate with oversea counterpart and technical team in Vietnam for transfer project.

• Develop and manage local agents.

• Support/Conduct regular marketing activities such as market visualization, seminars, public shows, etc.

• Complete weekly/monthly sales report upon Manager’s request.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years of technical sales or marketing experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Have experience in SMT/AI or electronics manufacturing process is a plus.

• Be humble, ambitious and result oriented.

• Be able to travel frequently (overseas and domestic).

• Good command of English and/or Japanese.
