Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all the indirect materials warehouse operations (Indirect materials, chemicals, gas, etc.) for designated manufacturing site; IM operational processes and improvement. Managing and developing a strong IM warehouse team. Also, maximizing warehouse utilization and build a smart warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations:

- Oversee all daily activities of the indirect materials warehouse, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and issuing of goods.

- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations; enforce SOPs and policies.

- Resolve inventory, process, and system issues; escalate as needed.

- Manage shelf-life and time-sensitive materials to minimize expiration.

- Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock takes; ensure accuracy.

- Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, 5S, and security.

- Ensure proper material condition to avoid damage or mix-ups to production.

- Operate and maintain WMS, U8, MES, Kanban and internal systems.

- Lead internal and external audits; ensure EHS compliance.

2. Management and Improvements:

- Track and improve KPIs.

- Classify and segregate hazardous chemicals; maintain labelling, MSDS, and hazard communication.

- Comply with national chemical safety, storage, and transportation regulations.

- Manage waste and residue disposal in line with environmental regulations.

- Oversee and foresee warehouse load, activities to utilize the efficiency of facilities for storing and distributing Indirect materials, Chemical material etc.

- Drive smart warehouse initiatives: automation, digitalization.

- Lead cost reduction, loss prevention, and productivity improvement projects.

- Update SOPs and documents; ensure alignment with ISO and EHS.

- Lead process improvement projects on time and achieve targets.

3. Team Management:

- Ensure adequate staffing, motivation, and employee engagement.

- Recruit, select, and place the right people in the right roles.

- Build a learning environment; train and develop the team.

- Implement performance management with clear goals and timely feedback.

- Maintain open two-way communication.

- Drive zero accidents; enforce EHs policies; promote safety culture.

- Comply with labour laws and company HR policies.

4. Compliance:

- Ensure the disposal of materials in compliance with an EPE.

- Maintain the warehouse cameras in operation and report the problems in a timely manner.

- Storage all the materials in the right places and warehouse’s functions.

5. Others:

- Cooperate with all related departments to support production.

- Maintain positive, professional working relationships.

- Ensure timely and clear internal communication.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Has 5+ years of warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years directly handling indirect materials (IM), chemicals, and gas.

- Proficient in Oracle ERP / WMS, inventory management software, and core logistics practices (stock control, bookkeeping, incoming inspection, and outbound distribution).

- Possesses hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of IM (packaging, consumables, chemicals, gas) in high-volume, high-pressure settings.

- Skilled in Mandarin (good written and spoken communication required); proficient in English as a strong plus.

- Proficient in MS Office (ability to operate a forklift is a plus), with strong self-motivation, time management skills, and high professional standards.
