What You'll Do

Technical SEO Execution

• Run technical SEO audits across client websites
• Identify and fix issues affecting crawling, indexing, and rankings
• Improve site architecture, internal linking, and page structure
• Resolve crawl errors, redirect chains, duplicate content, and broken links
• Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags

Performance Optimization

• Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals
• Implement structured data / schema markup
• Ensure strong on-page SEO foundations
• Support site migrations and structural updates

AI SEO Workflows

• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, SEOwind, Alli AI) to accelerate keyword research, content briefs, and technical audits
• Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for on-page audits, meta tag generation, and schema implementation
• Identify scalable SEO opportunities across multiple client sites using AI-powered analysis
• Stay current with AI SEO developments and test new tools that improve team efficiency

Case Studies, Blogs & SEO Content You will own the content side of SEO — from strategy to published output.

• Write client case studies that clearly communicate the problem, the solution, and measurable results — structured for readability and credibility
• Interview internal teams or clients to extract real insights, data points, and campaign outcomes
• Develop SEO-focused blog articles designed to rank — with proper heading structure, keyword targeting, and internal linking
• Create and optimize landing pages with strong on-page SEO foundations and conversion-driven copy
• Write white papers and long-form guides that demonstrate expertise and support demand generation
• Draft social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy that align with SEO and content strategy
• Turn complex technical findings into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences

Content Types You'll Work On

• Case studies — problem / solution / results format, written to build trust
• SEO blog articles — keyword-targeted, well-structured, designed to rank
• Landing pages — on-page SEO foundations with conversion-focused structure
• White papers & long-form guides — in-depth, authoritative content
• Social media content — LinkedIn posts, short-form updates, campaign support
• Email copy — nurture sequences, campaign emails, outreach
• Ad copy — paid search and social ad variants

Content Optimization

• Edit and refine existing content for clarity, tone, SEO performance, and audience fit
• Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to ensure all content supports the overall search strategy
• Use AI writing tools effectively while maintaining strong, human-quality output
• Optimize content for different platforms — what works on LinkedIn differs from what ranks on Google

Monitoring & Impact

• Track rankings, indexing health, and organic traffic performance across client sites
• Identify opportunities to increase qualified search traffic and reduce drop-off
• Recommend and implement actions with clear, measurable outcomes
• Report on SEO performance in a way that connects to business goals, not just metrics
