The Senior Supply Chain Data Analytics Specialist supports the Global Supply Chain Analytics team by delivering high-quality data insights, dashboards, AI/ML-enabled analytics, Microsoft Fabric-based solutions, and financial analysis that enhance supply chain performance and executive decision-making. This role partners with data engineers, finance teams, business stakeholders, and supply chain leaders to transform raw data into actionable insights, predictive signals, cost/service trade-off views, and scalable decision-support tools using modern analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Analytics & Insight Generation
• Clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, planning tools, logistics systems, finance data, etc.) to support supply chain KPIs, financial impact analysis, and business questions.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric, ensuring accuracy, usability, performance, and clear storytelling.
• Identify patterns, trends, and outliers that inform business actions.
• Apply AI/ML techniques such as predictive modeling, anomaly detection, clustering, and forecast-signal analysis to support supply chain decision-making.
• Lead or support ad-hoc analysis requests, including operational root cause analysis and financial impact assessments.
2. Financial Analysis & Decision Support
• Conduct supply chain financial analysis to evaluate cost, inventory, service levels, and working-capital implications.
• Develop cost-benefit, scenario, and trade-off views for initiatives such as inventory positioning, forecast changes, transfers, capacity decisions, and operational improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations that connect operational drivers with financial outcomes.
3. Collaboration & Business Support
• Work closely with the Manager of Data Analytics to understand business needs, frame analytical problems, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and Data Management teams to ensure data consistency and governance.
• Collaborate with technical partners to support Microsoft Fabric workspaces, datasets, semantic models, data pipelines, and governed analytics solutions.
• Align with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to validate assumptions, financial logic, and implications for decision-making.
• Participate in “Give & Get” sessions across analytics teams to share learnings, datasets, and best practices.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a use case and product library for the analytics portfolio.
4. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks using Power Query, SQL scripts, or dashboard enhancements.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, Microsoft Fabric capabilities, and Python-based analysis to accelerate recurring analysis and improve insight generation.
• Refine data visualization and storytelling techniques to enhance stakeholder experience.
• Contribute to data quality monitoring and documentation to ensure reliable analytics foundations.
5. Learning & Capability Growth
• Continuously build skills in data analytics tools, Microsoft Fabric, AI/ML concepts, financial analysis, supply chain processes, and business acumen.
• Participate in analytics training, mentoring sessions, and cross-functional workshops.
• Support knowledge sharing, peer coaching, and the development of reusable analytical methods across the analytics community.

1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Python, Finance, or Supply Chain) are a plus.
2. Experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain analytics, financial analysis, or reporting.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric) and data wrangling (SQL, Excel, Power Query).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse, Dataflows, pipelines, semantic models, or Fabric-enabled Power BI).
• Experience conducting financial analysis or cost/service trade-off analysis for supply chain decisions.
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases in forecasting, inventory optimization, anomaly detection, or supply chain decision support is a plus.
• Strong exposure to supply chain data and operational KPIs preferred.
• Experience in a matrix or multinational environment is a plus.
3. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft Fabric; basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data transformation and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to connect operational drivers to cost, inventory, working capital, margin, and service-level impacts.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical hypotheses and explore AI/ML and Fabric-enabled opportunities responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how analytics drives business value.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to explain findings in simple, business-friendly language.
• Team player with a growth mindset, ownership mentality, and openness to feedback.
