ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor Inventory Health Metrics & Drive Actions: Track Inventory Health metrics (e.g., inventory turns, aging, excess/obsolete stock, days of supply) on a regular basis. Identify trends and anomalies, prepare clear analysis and reporting, and work with related stakeholders (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution) to drive timely corrective actions.

• Support Excess KPI Management: Support tracking and reporting of the Excess Inventory KPI. Conduct root-cause analysis on excess drivers (e.g., forecast error, overbuy, slow-moving SKUs) and help design and execute disposition and prevention actions in coordination with Planning and Purchasing.

• Reporting & Analytics Support: Build and maintain SQL queries, BI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support inventory management decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in inventory reporting used by stakeholders.

• Leverage AI & Copilot Tools: Use AI, Copilot, and other productivity tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting efficiency, automate repeatable work, and help the team increase output without adding unnecessary complexity.

• Partner Closely with the U.S. Team & Own Outcomes: Collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders to clarify needs, align on actions, follow through on execution, and take real ownership to build practical processes, tools, and ways of working as business needs evolve.
