Senior Recruiter - TA Senior

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of interconnect solutions is expanding its operations in Vietnam with a high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen to produce advanced connectors, cables, and optical devices looking for a Senior Recruiter with below detail:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, particularly for operator roles.
Lead end-to end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels (labor market, colleges, job postings), conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
Recommend effective recruitment strategies and channels to enhance hiring efficiency, especially for operators and technicians.
Design, manage, and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Coordinate training activities including orientation, soft skills, technical skills, and e-learning courses.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards related to:
6S & Kaizen / Environmental Health & Safety
RBA & Social Responsibility
College/University degree with Majors in Administration, Human Resources, Languages, or Education ...
5 years of relevant experience up
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Confident in public speaking and presentation delivery
High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
