Senior Pattern Engineer/Manager (Footwear)

Senior Pattern Engineer/Manager (Pattern Master) with duties:
Shoe Dog (Shoe lover): passion for shoes & trendy to market & technology
Ability to deliver fast and precise pattern creation
Unrivaled expertise in pattern engineering and construction
Analytical understanding of the last and biomechanics
Strong costing awareness and commercial mindset
Upper Process Automation Knowledge (Cutting/Stitching...)
Coherent & logical communication skills in English to provide a solution description to the problem for the team and customers.
Digital friendly capability: Engineering software, OA(Office Automation), AI tools, Company System
Minimum over 15 years in footwear pattern creation in major brand cultures
Good communicate in English
Regardless of nationality & gender
