Senior RAN Automation Engineer

• Deliver, operate, and optimize RAN Automation / SMO solutions in 5G/LTE and multi-vendor environments.

• Design, develop, and onboard automation applications and use cases.

• Manage the application lifecycle, including coding, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Analyze network performance and KPIs to drive optimization.

• Troubleshoot issues across RAN, OSS, and automation platforms.

• Collaborate with customers, R&D teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

• Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and operational handovers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of experience in Wireless Networks, preferably 5G/LTE.

• Strong knowledge of RAN architecture, optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Experience in multi-vendor RAN environments (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Samsung).

• Proficiency in Python or another programming/scripting language.

• Familiarity with Network Automation, SON, or SMO.

• Knowledge of OSS, Linux, and databases.

• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rApps or automation services.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

• Experience supporting live commercial networks.
