Business Development Executive

• Identify, develop, and drive B2B business opportunities in both existing and new markets (domestic and oversea).

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities within the electronics and technology sectors.

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire strategic customers.

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.

• Manage the business development cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.

• Manage, support, and monitor distributor performance.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and expand business networks.

• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head and the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, Account Management or related roles, preferably in the electronic industry.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience working directly with international clients is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and client insights.
