Senior Python Developer - Signing Bonus Up to 30M

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with US customer; willing to work night shift when required.

• Develop backend services using Python (REST APIs, business logic, orchestration).

• Build, optimize, and operate LLM/GenAI applications using AWS Bedrock.

• Design and maintain AI workflows using LangChain / LangGraph (or equivalent frameworks).

• Integrate tools and external APIs via MCP servers (Model Context Protocol).

• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers (React) and deploy services on AWS ECS.

Implement OpenAI-compatible APIs and support custom model integrations.

• Apply spec-driven development (Spec Kit) and modern coding practices (clean code, testing, documentation).

• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of evolving AI systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3–5+ years of experience in Python backend development.

• Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI (e.g., RAG, prompt design, orchestration).

• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph (or similar orchestration frameworks).

• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with AWS, especially ECS and Bedrock (or similar AI services).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with fast-changing AI technologies.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills

• Experience with LiteLLM and multi-model routing.

• Knowledge of OpenAI API standards and compatibility patterns.

• Experience with React or strong full-stack understanding.

• Heavy user of GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted coding tools.
