Senior Purchasing Specialist

• Source and develop domestic and overseas suppliers to meet production requirements.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
• Manage purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain long-term relationships.
• Support import procedures and handle procurement-related documentation.
• Analyze costs and continuously improve procurement efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in both domestic and international sourcing is preferred.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above.
• Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above.
• Familiarity with import-export procedures and international trade practices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
