Senior Project Coordinator (Chuyên Viên Điều Phối Dự Án)

- Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks according to project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and update project status reports as needed.
- Ensure timeline and quality of the furniture products (follow checklists and guidelines).
- Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
- Prepare and review project contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with financial reporting.
- Customer Service:
- Receive and resolve client concerns from Business development team promptly and professionally.
- Provide support to Business development team in managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing project-related correspondence.
- Organize and maintain project files and documentation for easy access and reference.

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the furniture or construction industry.
- Skills & Qualities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Loose Furniture field is a plus.
