(Senior) Product Manager, Communication Core

Zalo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Product team responsible for Communication (core & feature) on Zalo Mobile. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and a proven track record in building user-facing products at scale.
• Drive the planning and review of Comm core & feature on Zalo Mobile;
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to bring features to life from concept to launch;
• Lead ideation and innovation processes to improve user experience and value delivery;
• Integrate user research, usability studies, and data insights into product decisions;
• Define and track success metrics to ensure continuous product improvement;
• Understand Zalo’s competitive positioning and help define product direction for Comm Team;
• Maximize team efficiency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proven experience leading a product team, ideally in consumer tech or messaging platforms;
• Experience building and scaling user-facing products for a large user base;
• Familiarity with feature management and end-to-end product lifecycle;
• Knowledge of Comm or related domains and responsiveness in real-time communication;
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative, user-first mindset;
• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies;
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, and product management;
• Excellent communication skills and a logical, structured thinking approach.
