Senior Process Quality Engineer (Shuttle Bus Provided)

Job Summary

Lead the development and maintenance of quality systems, set standards, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements in lithium-ion battery production.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain quality system requirements, follow-up with the related execution

- Track the quality results and drive the related improvements.

- Lead or co-lead the quality incident investigation and drive / verify the related corrective actions.

- Lead the quality data analysis to drive the related improvements

- Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team’s capabilities.

- Lead data analysis to drive quality enhancements.

- Coach and support team members to build capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Chemistry, or Material Analysis.

Experience: 5+ years manufacturing preferred. Proficient in quality tools for troubleshooting and data analysis.

Skills:

Fluent in English (reading and writing); strong spoken English preferred.

Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
