Warehouse Director (Work At HCM, Car Provided)

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overall warehouse daily operations with large-scale warehouses of over 40,000 m², leading a team of more than 300 warehouse staff, including 10 direct manager & supervisors. Proven track record in optimizing warehouse operations and delivering significant improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing warehouse daily operations, including receiving, material storage, picking,

delivering to production; finished goods picking, and loading based on shipment plan

- Ensuring materials are stored in right condition as request, materials are released to

production on-time and finished goods are shipped as plan request from PMC

- Inventory management

- Maintaining health & safety at workplace following EHS’s requirements

- Driving digital transformation and continuous improvement

- Collaborate with quality, production and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and controls leading to better cost control, higher efficiency and safety in the factory

- Hit KPI targets on inventory accuracy, cost, CIP, safety and innovation

- Receiving and handling wastes following EHS (Env procedures)

- Define training needs and succession plan for the WH team

- Propose budget plan and monitor expenses

- Project management

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above is required

2. Experience: >5 years and above work experiences as warehouse manager or Director.

3. Knowledge:

- Proficient in English writing and speaking

- Team player and a good people manager,

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications. Familiar with WMS and ERP system and supply chain processes

- Manage, plan and strategic thinker/Initiative / proactive and effective communication with all levels

- Data driven decision maker
